Hello, my name is Luis Santiago, and I have taught windsurfing for over 8 years, I am excited to have qualified to represent Puerto Rico at Olympic games and it’s an incredible honor to represent my country at the highest level of my sport. Competition has taught me many techniques and secrets about windsurfing. Through windsurfing experience, I get to share my knowledge and help each one achieves their goals.
